Counseling the Socratic way . . .  is self-examination

The Socratic Counseling is thoughtful and meaningful pursuit of self-knowledge through guided self-examination and self-inquiry using a technique developed and practiced by Alban Wilson, enabling you, the client, to explore areas concerning individuality, life purpose, personal beliefs and life fulfillment.

Who Should. . . . Every one has questions.

The business of knowing one’s self is a life pursuit. Once you begin the journey, benefits are experienced immediately. Our clients explore and examine their lives aided by thought provoking questions.

Socratic Counseling Agreements
I have positive expectations for a counseling relationship that helps you create the life you want to live. To partner together professionally, I want you to be familiar with the following guidelines.

Methods of Counseling:
• Personal Private Sessions
• Group Sessions: Limited to 5 participants
• Telephone Sessions

Terms of Counseling:
I invite you to think of counseling as a process. Many people create change for themselves in a short time. However, to refine and sustain the change takes several months. So I begin the counseling process with a 3-month commitment on the part of both of us.
